Grain blend: Water, Parboiled rice, Wheat bulgur, Brown rice, Red quinoa.
Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes, Canola oil, Brown sugar, Spices, Salt, Dried garlic, Onion powder, Herb, Yeast extract.
Almonds: Almonds.
